What can I expect on my first visit? 

During your first visit, you will have the opportunity to see our office and meet our team of dental professionals. This also gives us the opportunity to meet you. A comprehensive oral examination will be done and your dental records will be reviewed. We will then discuss treatment options and put together a personalized plan to meet your needs. 

This is also the perfect time for you to ask any questions or address any concerns you may have. 

In preparation of your first appointment, be sure to complete the New Patient Forms found on our website. This will save you from having to do paperwork in our office. However, if you are unable to complete them online, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the new patient forms in our office. 

Should I bring anything with me to my first visit? 

When you come in for your first visit, you should bring the following items with you: 

• Dental insurance card, if applicable
• Written referral from your dentist and x-rays if provided
• A list of current medications
